Prescription Drug (Part D) / List of Drugs
Under Superior HealthPlan (Superior) STAR+PLUS Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP), your prescriptions are paid for by us. Prescription drugs on our List of Drugs will be covered as long as the drug is medically necessary, and other plan rules are followed. If you have any questions regarding if your drugs are covered, you can click on the links below or contact Member Services for additional assistance.
In addition, we can assist you with the following:
- Transitions of prescription drugs.
- Out-of-network coverage.
- Quality assurance.
- Utilization management (prior authorization requirements).
- Exceptions and appeals.
- Locate a pharmacy near you.
- Information about any formulary changes.
