Superior HealthPlan STAR+PLUS Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP)'s service area includes these counties in Texas:

  • Bexar
  • Dallas
  • Hidalgo

If you live in one of these counties and qualify for the Medicare-Medicaid (MMP) plan you can enroll in Superior STAR+PLUS MMP by calling 1-877-782-6440 (TTY: 711). Customer service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Representatives will make sure you are qualified to enroll in our plan and will tell you if your current doctors are part of our network.
