Joining Superior HealthPlan STAR+PLUS Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) is easy.

For more MMP information or to join our program call STAR+PLUS help line at 1-877-782-6440, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. A customer service representative will assist you. TTY users should call 711. (TTY is for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled).
